This McDonald’s really needs to work on their front counter service, waiting until there is a full group of people waiting to order at counter isn’t when you should start taking orders. I’ve noticed employees will look at you and continue doing their task when they are supposed to make sure the customer has been helped. This McDonald’s doesn’t give the “feel good moment” to their customers.
I waited about twenty minutes for a very basic order yesterday at 9pm
This McDonald’s is highkey horrendous. Waited 15 minutes for a medium fry and my frozen coke tasted stale somehow? The service is god awful and they didn’t give me my discounts for using the app for my deals. If I could give zero stars I would…
The people weren't rude but it was the slowest Fast food place I have ever been to, it wasn't even a busy time and they didn't look super understaffed, just super slow. Frustrating when a normal 30-35 minute stop takes 1hr and 25minutes.
