Less than one star. I walked into this McDonald's and was immediately disgusted by the lack of gloves and hairnets not being used. When I commented that it's disgusting to watch the employees touching surfaces and the machines she looked at me as though I had a third head growing out of my neck. I repeated that it's unsanitary for them not to have on gloves and I no longer wanted to eat at this establishment, so I turned to walk out. this McDonald's on canal blvd in thibobaux, New review 2026: just left McDonald's and I didn't eat my food at all only eat hash browns because they were very fresh, but!! didn't eat my breakfast sandwich at all because there was a hair on the wrapping and NOT MINE!! and also found a roach on a seat on the side of me not close to me but close enough to see it 🤢🤮, never again
I went this morning and the lady at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE AND KEPT TRYING TO CUT US OFF FROM ORDERING. On top of that THEY DID NOT GIVE US THE RIGHT FOOD. Instead they replaced it with a hash brown and decided NOT to tell us. Thanks.
Let's just say if I was the manager of that McDonald's they would all be fired and I waited 15 minutes for a 6 piece chicken nugget meal and only got 5 there were people that came in after me and ordered and got there meal within 5 minutes. I do not recommend this McDonald's.
