Waited 45 minutes in restaurant for our food to come out and was told multiple times that they had forgotten about our order while everyone else was getting their food delivered. Would 100% avoid this location.
Ordered the Grinch meal the day it came out so I could get it before it sold out but they forgot my socks & seasoning packet (the whole reason people got the meal) and a side burger. When I called them, the lady was really rude and basically called me a liar. (They can check the cameras to prove I’m not lying). Went back a couple days later and they said they sold out the socks but the manager was able to give me the burger & grinch salt they originally forgot as compensation which I appreciate but that’s not the thing I wan... read more
There's no soda refill station, no sauces or napkins; you have to ask someone who happens to be there for everything because there's never anyone at the counter. And to top it all off, I ordered a bacon burger and it arrived without bacon.
Great food, employee named Jody came through guy definitely deserves a raise
