Lobby is dirty, tables are dirty, bathrooms also with clogged toilets. It used to be a nice McDonald's.
Not the best quarter pounder. The bun seemed not quite fresh. The burger was overcooked with no flavor. Plus, I waited 25 minutes!. However, for my inconvenience, they gave me FREE large fries and apple pie.

I paid for 2 hashbrowns and didn't receive any hashbrowns. Another order I requested a ranch chicken wrap and when I checked at the window it was missing. The employee said I didn't order it, which wasn't true. She didn't ask to correct the mistake and was very rude. When I got home I found I was shorted 2 chicken nuggets and paid for ranch sauce.
Hey McDonald's, why don't you allow customers to rate orders through the app? Wouldn't that give you valuable data to help improve your services and food, given that you're constantly losing customers? Or do you not care? How is it that your employees get paid at least $15/hour and can't seem to slap a burger together accurately and do the absolute minimum. And why is the food never fresh?
