They even have a sign begging you not to leave them a bad review without talking to the manager and owner first. Clear indication of the problem.
I've really tried to give this location multiple chances since it opened, but the experience continues to disappoint. They're constantly out of items, whoever handles inventory clearly isn't doing their job well. The wait times are absolutely excessive. I understand fast food takes a few minutes, but I can get seated, order, and eat at a sit-down restaurant faster than getting through this drive-thru. Where do I begin I came placed an order for 4 items waited almost 25 mins this was snack hour not busy at all was handed cold food called to replace the order the next day when I was back in the area was told to come back in by the manager when I came back in it was the same situation I’m in the lobby There’s one family of 4 at a table and myself it’s been 20 mins ill cut my losses and never eat at this location again !
