They need a personal touch again. Ordered on the kiosk but sat waiting to pay cash with no one paying attention. Why can't places just have a normal person taking orders again. Did not even acknowledge my problem with Noone there to help when it's needed.
They didn't mix my McFlurry at all I asked them to mix it for me and they said it was already mixed
I eat McDonald's an embarrassing amount of the time, and this McDonald's has the most amazing staff that I have ever experienced at a fast food place. They were incredibly friendly! The drive-thru person (gentleman) who took my order was actually polite while still being efficient. The woman who gave me my drink, when she asked me to pull forward to wait for my food, gave me an accurate timeline as to when it would be ready. These two deserve some kudos. Took my daughter there as a special treat and did a mobile order for a McFlurry. When they brought it out it was half melted and looked awful. I didn’t get upset but took it inside and kindly asked if they could remake it. The bratty girl who came to the counter acted extremely irritated and let me know there was “nothing wrong with it”. She also made sure to speak loudly with her coworker about how ridiculous my request was. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.
Ordered two of value meals. Was supposed to come with two boxes of four piece chicken nuggets but only got one. Mistakes happen i get that but it's become a recurring theme at this location and I think it needs to be fixed at the top. Ice cream machine never works. Half the time I go there they are missing something from the menu cause they didn't order enough and now I pay for food that I don't get.
