I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru in the morning. The employee taking my order was quite curt and seemed unhappy to be there. When I tried to order smoothies, she told me the machine was broken. I decided to park and go inside to order. While at the kiosk, I noticed the smoothies were still listed as available, so I ordered them anyway. They were made and handed to me without any issues. It’s frustrating to be lied to at the drive-thru just because an employee doesn't want to make a specific item

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s, and that’s saying something. Nobody was in the store or the drive thru, all we ordered was 2 sprites, hot sauce, 1 side of a sausage, 2 bagels, 3 burritos and 2 hash browns. It took over 20 minutes. They did not give us our drinks, so we had to ask. Right we we walked in 2 different people wanted a refund and left. There was a black, short hair in my hash brown, they didn’t give us the hot sauce or the sausage. There was 4 people sitting in the back on their phones, they looked... read more
