All of the locations here in Abilene, Texas vary so much on service and atmosphere. The food is mid and not worth it. I have tried everything on the menu at all of the loctaions and I still only come when I am ready to wait in the drive thru for at least 45 mins and longer; or be completly confused on how to get my entire meal when dinning in. Overall this whole franchise it MID.
What's the use putting in an online order if they pull you to the side to wait for your food. That's after waiting in line for 30 minutes
Y'all need to give that poor kid who's running food out to the cars take a damn raise and a BREAK! That's hard work for a young person, add on the Texas heat & breaks ( I'm PRETTY sure ) are legally mandatory. I hope his boss sees this before he passes out...
