Ordered a kids meal and a big Mac meal. No changes/extras or substitutions. It took 14 minutes from the time I ordered in the drive thru until my food was handed to me! I dismissed thr wait time, thinking that they were behind snf my food would be fresh, but sadly it was bit. The big Mac was "sort of" warm, as were the fries.
