Food is always wrong only time they get it right is in the daytime and then they catch multiple attitudes because they messed up. I had to go in 3 times because they kept messing up on a simple plain burger. Hope it gets better
I don't expect McDonald's to be a gourmet meal. I don't expect a lot. However, it's even lower now. Order the simplest of items, 2 cheeseburger meal no cheese. Waited until 10 ppl passed me in the drive thru while waiting. Spoke to who said they were the manager. Deer in the headlights look. He, I'm pretty sure, did not understand anything I said when inquiring why it takes so long. No apology, no sorry, no "I'll pass this on to the manager". Blank stare.
The coffee always tastes like tap water and it is disappointing. I have tried to give this location a chance and make them aware. It seems they do not care how it tastes or smells
They all way seem to screw up a plain daily double. Or a plain hamburger. It always has cheese or something like mustard.
