The burger was good but the fries were burnt and tasted bitter.

Rude manager and incompetent staff!!
Poor customer service. It happened around 9pm. One staff acts arrogant and dismisses me with a smirk and is completely unprofessional when I clarified my order and ask if they have other toy designs available of the happy meal for my son. I politely ask for the manager and Rosa the manager offers no solution and just acts completely passive and without an inch of empathy and just dismisses us saying “that is our only available toy” My son was so heartbroken because he was hoping to get another design.
