Compared to many other McDonalds, I find this one to be below average. Today, we ordered 4 cheeseburgers, two of them “normal” and two of them with nothing but the cheese. We got one “normal,” labeled as cheese only; one cheese only, wrapped as normal; and two with cheese and onions, one wrapped as normal and one as cheese only. Annoying, yes, but also potentially dangerous for the two of us with reactions to onions.
I live near this location, so I have been a number of times. It should not be a surprise when the drive thru gets an order correct, but it is here. My daughter has dairy allergies, so getting "no cheese" is very important. They have messed this up more than they have gotten it correct. Additionally, they have gotten it wrong repeatedly in the same order when I go in to fix it. There needs to be a solid re-training of the staff.
The worst food ever. Customer service was trash. never going back,and tasted like cardboard and rubber
I only ever order via the mobile app and nearly every time they forget something. Both of the burgers from the 2 Cheeseburger Meal. The nuggets from a $5 Combo. I've probably lost $50 worth of food at this point. Check your bag before you drive away EVERY TIME.
