I've been sitting at the drive through for at least 30 minutes, with no sign of the person supposed to be working it coming back any time soon i guess? The same car has been sitting at the order section and it seems like whoever is running the headset has just abandoned their job or something. The only reason I'm still in line is because I paid online and I'm not wasting my money. Several people have already left the line.
Apparently everyone in the back is there to stare at you so you have to use the kiosk. Horrible customer service no wonder their reviews look the way they do
