Terrible attitude with lazy people. They had plenty of people but refused to do table service even though kiosk said to enter tent card number and have a seat. They just kept yelling the order number for pick up which didn't help because the kiosk wouldn't print receipt because out of paper. After food got cold and employee figured out it was tent card 29 he yelled he ain't bringing it to them and they need to come and get it.... 80 year old couple and man with cane.... amazing how terrible they are with customer service. Worst drive thru service experience; avoid using this restaurant
Very unprofessional & poor customer service, A man with dread locs, about 6’1, dark skin with glasses was very rude! Made a rude comment towards me, and while the kitchen laughed without any correction of his behavior they proceeded to ignoring me.
Very slow.
