Extremely hit or miss. Half the time my orders are correct. Today for example though I got an unsweet tea instead of sweet and no sauce packets. Typically if I order iced lattes they get confused and give me iced coffees or a hot latte over ice. It cannot be that hard
I have no idea what this group of employees is doing.
I ask for a $6 meal in drive thru at 8:36 pm and I was told to wait on the parking. I had to get out of the car to get my meal at 9:20pm. Almost an hour for a $6 meal.
After going through drive thru, I sat in the Mobile order area with 3 other cars that waited over half an hour for our food only to find out they couldn't remember who they told to park where and just gave up on bringing people's food orders out to them. Poorly managed location.
