I had already placed and received an order. I just wanted a gulp of water before getting back on the road (because I got a coffee with my breakfast), but I was told that I would have to pay ¢25 to ¢75 for a water cup. Is this franchise really that parsimonious to charge paying customer for a cup?
Replacing human beings with kiosks has only made this place more dysfunctional and created a worse environment for customer service. I ordered three Happy meals and it took almost 30 minutes and countless other people had their orders messed up during the process.
I went to the drive-through and was told to go to the second window to pay. When I reached the second window, Nicole was busy trying to hug the guy who was getting sodas. He was trying to get away from her and when he did, she was trying to kick him. There was another woman making iced coffee. All of this at the window and not once did anyone acknowledge me or say I’ll be right with you. I saved my money and drove away. If they can’t be bothered with me, I can’t be bothered picking up my order

Horrible experience waste of time after waiting 45 mins no order yet. I requested a refund and left. Very poorly managed. This experience has put me off all Mickie D,s forever .
