Don't go here past 7pm. There could be 2 cars in the drive through and you will still wait an hour.
They’re serving raw burgers at this location. The staff here do not care about the health and safety of handling food. The kitchen staff was laughing when the issue was brought to the manager’s attention.
Terrible all around experience. I ordered through the app and got to the restaurant to pick up my order. I sat there a few minutes with nobody else in line and was there a good 5 minutes if not longer before somebody acknowledged that I was at the drive-thru. When they finally did it acknowledge, they said all they could serve at this time is drinks. I asked how I could get my refund and no reply. I will be calling to make a complaint about this as well very terrible service I do not recommend this location.
Ordered at kiosk, had to enter table number to complete order. It tells me tablet number is wrong when I got it from a nearby table. They yelled out wrong number, hardly nobody in there so new it had to be mine. Kiosk gave no receipt (guess you can't complain to McDonald's if you don't have a receipt). People at other kiosk had no receipt either.
