I stopped in just for a sweet tea. It took ten minutes before my order was taken. And then ANOTHER nearly ten minutes to make my drink. Finally get my SWEET tea.. only to find out after I had already left, they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea!!!!
All I ordered was a large fry an app exclusive on the app. I went into to pick it up, I had to wait for fries. When I ordered it 15 mins ago. On top of that my fries were barely like warm and greasy tasting. And usually when they taste greasy like that, it means they haven't changed their oil for the fries, I'ma guess at least a day. And how many fries they cook in a day one day of not cleaning it, makes them gross.
The worker gave a frozen coke...It wasn't so frozen. The cup was dark with a slush look to it. I asked if the drink was ok because, I have had a drink that looked so wet. She said it was ok. I drove off and when I took a sip, I realized how watered down the drink really was. I went back a got a regular drink. If it doesn't look right, why GIVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER!
