Very disappointing experience. I ordered through Uber Eats, but because of extremely severe weather, the order was cancelled. I was still charged the full amount even though I never received the food. I also called the restaurant several times, but nobody answered. I understand that the food may have already been prepared, but charging the customer 100% of the order when the cancellation was caused by dangerous weather conditions is extremely frustrating. I order food and a drink with no ice. The drink I received was 80% full and told because it was a special order(no ice) that is all you get. They wouldn't even top it up and told me it was my fault for ordering it with no ice. They said I could pay for a kids drink to top it off. Then they seemed upset when I asked for a refund. Will not go back there.

This McDonald’s is only about three minutes from my home, and unfortunately it has consistently been one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve visited. The food quality is extremely disappointing. Even simple items that are usually consistent at McDonald’s have been poorly prepared here. For example, I was once served an ice cream that looked old and icy instead of fresh and smooth.
