Since the new McDonald's redesign, this place is now terrible for so many reasons! Customer service and human interaction is now non-existent. The McDonald's corporation expects you to file in, place your order like a robot, receive your food, and move on. There is a counter with registers, but among my last 5 visits, nobody is ever there. Food was decent for fast food But the service was good
The service is so slow. You'll be sitting in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes or more. The food is thrown together. It's like nobody knows how to put together a hamburger and inside. Looks like they clean maybe once a week
It's McDonald's, so it's touch-go depending on who's serving. Watch out for "Nina." She is rude, uppity, and yells at customers through the drive-thru
