I dropped off an elderly friend who needed to use the bathroom. I sat in the car and waited for her. Shortly thereafter, a McDonald's employee came out to the car and knocked on my window asking if I was waiting for an elderly lady. (My friend just didn't see my car.) The employee was SO KIND and helpful. I'll never forget this incident.
Employees are not only RUDE, they are extremely slow. I was parked and waited almost 20mins. Mind you I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers….
