The kiosk is a horrible idea. It causes the employees to completely ignore you. If you're waiting at the counter with a question or a problem, you'll just simply wait. And, the kiosk doesn't take cash.
Routinely mess up our order. It's s the only fast food burger joint near us. So, we give them our business on days I can't cook(disabled). The final straw has been two separate Saturdays in the A.M. they burnt our breakfast sandwiches black. We ordered them extra toasted because we were getting them rubbery and pale, everything. Now, they just burn them and over cook the whole sandwich. No one answers our calls. Ever. I am frustrated. I have photos, but can't figure out how to post them. Pictures under Chris Junkins name
