I completed the feedback questionnaire as requested, but there has been no response. It's been over two months with no refund. Obviously, McDonald's likes to scam people out of their money.
Food was undercooked. Never again.. I tried to let the manager know and her response was, if you don't like it you can cook at home, very rude.
I have gone in the mornings, and it’s the best service. Now in the afternoons/ nights, the service is horrible! Customer service 0! I went for coffee twice, one day I waited 30-+ minutes for it. Second day coffee was COLD!
I placed a mobile order at this location, my card was charged, and I never received my food because several items were unavailable. Instead of issuing a refund, I was told to return to the restaurant within two days for replacement items, which was not a reasonable solution. After more than two months, I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted McDonald's customer support multiple times, including through social media, where I was assured the issue would be resolved within five business days.
