Waited nearly an hour for two items. Told several employees I've been waiting a half-hour, forty, forty-five minutes+ for my order. The only response is "We're working on it." and they continue serving customers who arrived after I did. Eventually someone brought my order. The fries were cold and the soda was flat so I walked out with nothing.
It seems customer service is strongly lacking. They shorted me on my pies for the 2nd time in a row. I stood at the front counter for several minutes trying to get a hold of the employee and he only noticed me when he was ready to hand out another order. Then proceeded to tell me that they were out of the kind of pie I had purchased (literally the main reason i go to mcds is the strawberry pie). Then offered me apple with no apology. I get it things happen but still this could've been handled better.
I placed a pick up order. It was placed 7 minutes away from location. Arrived waited another ten minutes. I went inside and waited some more. Nobody was at the register. I told the guy behind me to go to another one. Finally the guy brought the order out without the drink.
I realize it's McDonalds, but really; I think a few more fries would be in order for a large fries.
