Don't know what has happened to this McDonalds....moved to Inman 4 years ago, and while not great, it was a decent place. Staff was friendly, service was good, etc,..now...not so much. Depending on the time of day you go, depends on the service and staff. In the morning times, everything seems to be ok (when the older people are working). In the evening, not so much. Got delivery and this 2 nd time in evening had messing food and my burger is Burt ppl working late evening must not care
It took 24 minutes to get food after ordering inside. Order staff was busy flirting with other staff members and made many mistakes on orders, 5 while we were there. Customers were returning orders over and over again as she stood there says"oops". Husband and others kept telling her that their orders were there behind her and she kept saying that she was just the cashier. When we finally got the order it was cold and wrong.
