Sandwich was made wrong they made it over and it so cold like it’s been sitting out I have to be to work can’t take it back

I used to go here every morning. One morning they gave me bad orange juice & based on the different reaction, they knew when they handed it to me. They refused to give a refund unless I came in the store which is not an option. Then yesterday I got the big breakfast, they forgot everything. The only thing I received was a biscuit and an egg.
