I went inside the lobby was packed but everybody was waiting for food the man that took my order wasn’t the friendly, all I got was a bacon double cheeseburger and 2 coffees. One workers was running around doing everything but was very rude when anyone tried to ask about their food including a young kid (maybe 7 years old). After 45 minutes I finally got my order and my burger was thrown together and rapped so poorly when I went to get it out the bag the burger fell out
Found gristle in the chicken. Has happened on more than one occasion. Wish there was a better way to manufacture. Staff was amazing and very warm! Sensory table was very nice to interact with. Well maintained.
I am going to have to stop coming here because I am spending my extra money to get nothing extra. I get a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra bagel sauce and a large ice caramel macchiato with light ice extra caramel drizzle and extra chocolate drizzle and 8 never get it. And today is my last straw I spent 50 cent extra on chocolate drizzle and 50 cent extra on caramel drizzle and I did not get either one. Service has gotten noticeably worse over the last 3 months. Every time I come to this location now, they take forever to provide my order at the drive thru. They dont care to speak clearly thru the order kiosk. Then when you pull up to the first window to pay, they act like they dont remember your order and ask you to remind them what you ordered, even when youre the only car in line. Service was fast. Hamburger covered in mayo oozing out sides. Asked for extra onions but only 1 on it.
