Went to McDonald's to get dinner. When we waited in line we were told to pull up and wait for our food in a reserve lane. Ive worked in fast food before and 2 combos should not warrent being told to park in the reserve. We have been waiting for about 20 minutes and we have watched as every single car in the drive-thru has also been told to wait for their food.. Not sure why? Perhaps they are understaffed.
