Like most people, I’ve eaten at a lot of McDonald’s. I have pretty realistic expectations of how a restaurant should be. Bathrooms were broke. Kiosks weren’t working. No sweet tea up front. 1 overwhelmed employee up front. This is at 1:30 PM, not peak time.
This location would not honor a perfectly good coupon that was not expired. So I cancelled my order and drove a couple blocks to the McDonalds by Cordova Mall and they honored it. Problem solved. Plenty of Mc D's in the area. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
Service is always slow, unless you choose to run the drive thru. I like McDonald's because most of the time you will be getting what you ordered, fresh. I am very rarely disappointed.
