Ordered 3 bigmacs from doordash, driver arrived 7:59pm the bag was opened, it looked like someone scraped 2 of them off. And 1 was missing. I have never had a problem with this before... the dasher assured me that it wasn't their fault. Not happy
Do NOT ride bikes around this place. They called the police on me for waiting for my food in the parking lot. The owner told the police officer; “He’s trespassing and we don’t want him here” and said I was banned! Discrimination is at its peak in Follansbee right now.

The cashier on 07/17/2025 was ignorant and did not wish us a good day at all. Unfortunately, this is what has become acceptable in todays world. Tried to get what they advertise as the new smores mcflurry and of course they do not have ice cream in the middle of July. This McDonald's is a complete dump with horrible service. Completely avoid this at all costs and just go to Sheetz across the street it is literally so much better.
