I paid for the food and ask can I use the bathroom and the guy look at me and laugh and walk away like I wus nothing I never got my food in 30 minutes
I went to this location today and placed a mobile order! They shut off their mobile ordering so I lost my points that I tried to use today on the mobile ordering, lost out on points because I was frazzled over getting my $ back on the order! The fries were cold! I understand being short staffed, but this is ridiculous!
Ordered 3 bigmacs from doordash, driver arrived 7:59pm the bag was opened, it looked like someone scraped 2 of them off. And 1 was missing. I have never had a problem with this before... the dasher assured me that it wasn't their fault. Not happy
