Very slow service at the counter,Drive thru is faster.. No workers at the Counter, Just a line of people 😮😮 So said McDonald's..

Weekend mornings have been horrible wait wise. I have tried ordering ahead at the drive through many times just for 2 coffees and the wait has been anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes!! Tried the walk in and that was a little quicker but not much, still a wait from 8 to 15 for 2 coffees. This am, I tried curbside. 16 minutes for 2 coffees. And these 2 coffees are nothing special.

We waited an entire hour for our food in lot number 5 as instructed by the staff. They handed our food to someone else who was not in lot 5. We came back around the drive thru where they told us they handed our food to someone else and are remaking it, then instructed us to come inside. So we came inside, then they asked us why we were inside and told us we weren’t allowed to be inside. I know - WHAT?! Must be what you’re thinking. Because it’s what we were thinking. I used to work here but I quit because I kept getting yelled at for throwin out the discards, the reason for the service being slow and the quality of food not being the best most of the time is because of how the kitchen staff likes to cut corners When new people are hired and taught how to do things correctly, they are yelled at for doing so.
