Went to work with a migraine and now I here starving on to of it because (I left the house late) you can't figure out how to just switch out a sausage egg and cheese biscuit for perhaps a double cheeseburger or something because it was close but not after 10: 30am when I ordered it through the app.
The people working here usually are not that friendly. Malcolm on the Tuesday 3:00 shift is super friendly and helpful he also was making himself busy the whole time I was in the store even tho there weren't any other customers in there he was finding things to do or cleaning showing exceptional work ethic and productivity thank you Malcolm for the 11/ 10 service and experience today
Ordered a breakfast sandwich on the app, waited in line in the drive through, was directed to wait longer in one of the designated drive thru parking spots, then a bag was brought to me containing the wrong sandwich. I should have checked it then, but apparently I have to go back to the store to get it resolved, so instead I'm doing this. Not the staff's fault, they were all very nice. The end.
