I paid for a large fry. They gave me a medium and they fake my receipt and said I didn’t get a large by. I didn’t pay for that. I don’t recommend this place. The employees are very smart. please don’t come here.
No one was at the counter for several minutes. Acknowledge our presence by asking us to continue to wait. Not even a "Welcome to McDonalds" Fries were cold. Server was offended by me requesting fresh hot fries and threw the fries in the bag sideways. Customer left just wanted a glass of water. "Out of order" everyone needs to be re-trained. Everyone is not meant to be in Customer service. If I was the owner I would start over with interviewing.
Swung by tonight after a long day of work, super excited to eat something quick and hot just to get home and start to eat, realizing that my fries taste like they’ve been sitting around for probably over 5 hours, I mean I can’t even chew the food. Guys let’s do better, this is more about humanity than anything- would you want to eat this?
McDonald’s in Crescent Springs really needs to do better. I live nearby, so I come through the drive-thru often because of my kids. Some of the employees are rude, which makes the experience even more frustrating. What I also do not understand is why they continue to sell ice cream and milkshakes when the machine is down almost all the time 9 times out of 10, the ice cream machine is not working. If they do not want to offer those items, they should take them off the menu instead of constantly disappointing customers.
