Well if I ever got food I'd be able to show a picture or describe it! I was there for 45 mins!! There were two guys in the back taking about sexism an obvious that was more important than making the people waiting at the counters food. Finally I asked for a refund and he was really rude about that! But they were taking their sweet time and there was more than five people waiting for 45 minutes or more! Waited in drive thru line for 30 min. How is this acceptable? I am a patient person but this is terrible service. Poor management.
This place has gone downhill, the staff they have on nights is the worst I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s ever and I love McDonald’s! I used to go there as a kid but the new employees have ruined the nostalgia. I will now be going to the grand river location in Brighton and I recommend everyone else do the same.
This is restaurant has the worst service of any McDonalds I have ever been to. We constantly have 20min plus wait times and our orders are constantly wrong. This last time our order was given to someone several cars ahead of us, and then when asked to pull forward we waited ten minutes more only to be given half our order, with cold fries, and then asked to wait longer. Waited 20 minutes at the drive through and a car that showed up after me in the other lane got helped first. Terrible sevice.
