Have been sitting here for 35 mins to get my order from curbside. This place is horrible then you have employees standing around doing nothing and one guy who walks around a lot acting like he’s busy yet not accomplishing or actually doing anything. It went from the best McDonald’s in the area to the worst I’ve ever been to across the country in a matter of months. This is truly pathetic!!! This McDonald's is horrendously understaffed and slow. I sat for 40+ minutes after work to get my food when I ONLINE ordered. The drive through didn't move for 20 minutes. I don't blame the workers as much, I bet they do the best they can with how terrible the environment is, but manager of this place needs to be fired. The tenders are also always undercooked. It's abysmal. Don't go to this place it's garbage and not worth it. I'd rather lick the salt off the ground than go here again.
The older lady with green shirt brown glasses was extremely rude and condescending. If you can’t be nice to customers you shouldn’t be in customer service
They start purposely moving the drive thru line slow at about 10:00 am so people can't get their breakfast and they frequently close early. If you can leave an unpleasant mess in the restroom
