I usually go here all the time and I don’t have issues. But tonight however, I went here with my family I got a kids meal and drinks when I go to the second window they parked me. I found that odd bc I didn’t have a lot 10 mins go by so I go into the inside to figure out what was taking long. They erased my order completely and forgot about my order!!!! Then had me tell them my order for them to write it down to make it then handed me my drink cups that SHOULDVE already been made!! Horrible experience bad customer service th... read more

I thought this was in hickory hills..... Bathrooms locked needing a code? 50 cent up charge for sweet tea? Absolutely disgusting behavior from the woman taking the orders.....

I placed my order at the self-service kiosk, paid, and got order number 813. No paper receipt printed because the kiosk was out of paper (which, by the way, happens almost every time, but until now it never caused an issue). After waiting about 30 minutes—and watching people who ordered after me already get their food—I asked the staff about my order. Their response?
