For some reason, they permitted an order through Uber eats one hour before closing. Then, they just refused to process the order and canceled it after they closed so that no other order could be placed since everyone else was closed. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not go here if it was the last place to find food in Virginia. I can deal with food mistakes, but poor service is where I draw the line. Absolutely disappointing.
Super soft and soggy fries. The nuggets were despicable. I never saw McDonald's nuggets look so bad. Like this location has never cleaned the fryer. Black specks ALL over nuggets no pictures because we threw that mess away.
