My wife and I bought some burgers yesterday that seemed to be from lunch because the meat was black and a little crunchy. We didn't have time to go back and make a complaint so I figured here is my complaint. Also had to repeat several times that I didn't want pickles on my burger. Well wouldn't you know it they didn't get that right either. There needs to be some real management changes because that was worse than a pathetic attempt to serve the public.
