Shout out to brian he is the nicest guy you will meet
This McDonald's consistently disappoints. Service is painfully slow, especially at night. Inside, tables are often left dirty and uncleaned. To top it off, employees frequently blast their own music in the drive-thru, making it hard to hear and adding to an already poor experience.
Brian is the best, every time I see him smile, it brings a smile to my face which really tears up my day. Keep on crushing Brian.
We came inside to order, after 45min of waiting while others around us also were complaining about not yet recieving food we just asked for a refund and left. Staff was incredibly disorganized and absolutely nobody was getting their orders correct. One guy had received a burger made wrong and also had been waiting 30min to have it replaced. When we asked what was going on and to just get a refund the staff hurridly pushed the mcflurrys to us, however they were completely melted.
