Tehy don't pay attention to detail. I ask 3 times are there extra pickles on sandwich and are the sauces in the bag. Check bag before leaving no sauce. Get home and granddaughter yells there's no pickles at all. No the first time. Ledt a burger out the bag 2 weeks ago. They won't answer phone.
I went to drive thru to pick up sweet tea for a friend and myself. I haven’t had it in almost 10 years. Tasted different and not so sweet.
This location is needs to shut down and regroup! Incompetence at its best. Ordered a bagel with cheese- mobile order. Gave my code at drive thru. Asked to pull forward and someone will bring it to me. TEN minutes later; no sandwich. Worker brings out a heavy bag, just shoves and walks off. I open it and it is a fully loaded bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I jump out and tell the lady to take the order back and give her my receipt. I just need a bagel with cheese.
