I stopped by this location recently and had a pretty disappointing experience. At the second window I asked for BBQ sauce, and the employee rudely told me it would be $.31 for each sauce. When I tried to pay, she rudely said that “we can’t take money at this window” and that I had to come inside. Meanwhile, I had already been told to pull forward to wait on fries. This is close to my work, so it’s convenient. But every time I go there the fries are ice cold. The sandwiches are made so sloppy and multiple times when I order the carside pick up, they take sooooo long. I actually have to go in to get it. They need better management!…well I decided to try again, big mistake!!! Food ice cold, waited 20 minutes and then had no straws, no napkins and the girl who brought it out was extremely rude!!!! Horrible customer service!!!
