If I could give zero stars, I would. This McDonald’s is without question the worst in all of Williamsburg, and the issues go far beyond one bad day — it’s a consistent pattern of poor service, unprofessional behavior, and an alarming lack of accountability from management. Last week, I experienced rude and dismissive staff who clearly had no interest in addressing customer concerns.
