Been here 5 times using drive thru. Every single time they ask you to park and wait for food to come out. Just regular orders like 2 big mac meals. The whole point of a drive thru is to be quick, instead they make you park and sit for 10 mins every single time
I walked up to the counter for salt after getting my food and caught two employees about to start making out near the register. The tables were disgusting and sticky. And there was a dog sitting on one of the chairs at a table.
Slowest McDonald’s ever. If you want disappointment, come here.
I am a new customer at this location and I now go there daily to relax and enjoy spending time with my friend " Patrick" I am retired and in my previous employment I was often assigned the task of observing others perform their jobs. It comes naturally for me to observe the staff at the Succasunna N.J. location (store #19994) I never have to wait long to be waited on and receive my orders and my orders are always correct , fresh and at a good temperature making them enjoyable.
