This morning, I visited McDonald's Drive thru at 6433 Glenway ave Cincinnati, Oh 45211 at right around 11am. This is how the exchange went. Went through drive through. I was going to place my order online but you have to select a card. You do not have an option to pay at store. You also cannot place an order before arriving on site
Never went to a McDonald's that had three windows but after we paid at the first window we were told to go to the next window and we got our sandwich but not our drinks and we're told to go over there. There was no spot to go to so we just pulled up and kind of parked by the door and then a worker came out with our drinks and basically bitched us out for not stopping at the window. Simple drive thru order, 1 spicy snack wrap, I get to the pay window and the employee just looks at me, doesn't say a word, I know what the total was but she should tell me, $2.99 so she hands me two singles, no penny, I know it's only a penny but if she scams change from several orders which adds up that theft. I ordered four 5 dollars meals, they only gave me the fries and the chicken nuggets. Last week I ordered 8 chicken wraps, I when home opened the bags and saw 5 wraps and I cannot go back because I was so tired Today I ordered 8 wraps and I opened the bag before leaving Mc donalds and I received 5 wraps instead of 8 wraps.
