Staff working the line needs to read their damn tickets. Half of my order I picked up through the drive through was missing half of the order. Quality in food and service has drastically declined with this company.
Put in an online order, waited over 30 minutes to get to the speaker, waited another 20 minutes for food to come out and they didn't bring my frappes out! It should not take an hour to get McDonald's! Also, the employees at this location have a terrible attitude towards customers. Food was cold and stale and frappes were melted.
Its hard to go 5 stars at Fast food restaurant!!! Lady was literally asking if people needed refills on coffee. She also was bringing food out to dining, wiping tables and was really helpful at the kiosk. This is at McDonald's!!! Great service and one of the last known places to serve .99cent coffees. Monopolize them 🫘
