I cannot believe how poorly run this McDonald’s is! I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR AN ORDER I NEVER RECEIVED!!!! I went through the drive-thru for breakfast, gave them my app code for a discount, placed my order, saw it correctly displayed on the screen, and even had the woman confirm it. Yet when I pulled up to the window, the employee looked completely lost, holding a handful of receipts and asking me what my order was—claiming they had “no record” of it. I went through the drive thru after getting my kids from school. I placed our order and the line was quick. We got 3 happy meals with 2 different toys so the kids were happy to not get the same thing.
