I don’t even know how the food tastes yet but the woman with the long ponytail is so sweet!!! We are not from here but she was the sweetest McDonald’s employee I’ve met in awhile. We went at night.
Used McDonald's online service to hopefully receive quicker service. Using GPS data, it took McDonald's 45 minutes to make 2 McChicken's and a Medium Fry. Furthermore, the drive-thru was vacant when leaving. I did get to become friends with the 15-20 other people in the store waiting for their food, but I do not go to McDonald's to socialize, I go for FAST FOOD. I have ordered, received food, paid for the bill, and left quality Janesville places such as Milwaukee Grill faster than McDonald's. If this is how it goes, this loc... read more
Food was cold and customer service was not very helpful
Manager was rude as hell. No urgency to get the orders out on a timely matter. To 20 minutes to get a medium fry that I order inside. The managers at McDonald's dont deserve to have that title.
