Very slow service, walked in, ordered via kiosk and still waited over 30 minutes for one meal and 4 coffees.
Ive been traveling for work for 4 years and the nearby hotel is the company favorite and this McDonald's in those 4 years still has not gotten their dessert machine repaired or replaced; every time I travel through more and more of the menu is not available. It's clear they don't intend to get any of it fixed
Ordered nuggets and fries for mobile pick up to save time. Ended up parked watching the drive through send 4 cycles of cars… Still waiting for my food and order said ready for pick up 10 minutes before I parked. Been waiting 30 minutes now for nuggets and fries. Edit. Got food almost 40 minutes after parking. The fries are so salty they are inedible.
