i love this mcds. I have only but respect for them. The only problem i ever had is the manager in the drive thur told the teller they couldn't take dollar coins. They didn't know what they were. I told them its united states money. I about died trying to explain it. Finally, I said its ok. I will take my change back. The cashier felt so bad she said its ok. I will pay for it. She said here is the drink. I told her thank you. She insisted. That sweet girl didn't have to do that. Bottom line they dont take dollar coins.
They "co-op" computer situation overcharged for simple items. The first "manager" was rude and condescending and the real manager wasn't much better. They should know their own system well enough to provide better customer service.
