3/4 kiosk’s were down, nobody at the counter to help with a couple people waiting, no acknowledgement of existence they waited roughly 5 minutes for help. The manager a black man in his 50’s was very rude and gave attitude to all of us. One customer received his food but not his black coffee, and waited a few more minutes and just left without it. Put my order in the kiosk. They took my order and I sat there 10 minutes waiting. I asked for my money back and the manager was very rude and bad attitude. Got smart with me. The date was 2-27 at 8:00 am. Will NEVER come to this store again. I recommend the other McDonald's.
