Hours show as 4am-11pm and they are NEVER OPEN before 5am. It doesn’t matter if you order drive thru or go in the restaurant. The “team” is always lazy and rude and orders are wrong half the time. There are 2 or 3 people in the morning that actually care about customer service. The frappes taste very chemically or moldy half the time. Food is always either really hard or missing! Good luck getting a refund or swapping for “fresh” food. Do better!!!
Came in 10/5 at 5:08 pm . No one greeted me. Workers rude and lazy. Also phones used while wearing gloves in the kitchen so nasty!
Food was nasty service was very very slow
I ordered a gallon jug of sweet tea and it didn't get delivered to me. I've called and kept getting hung up on. This is so unacceptable!
