Long wait, wrong drinks twice, and zero quality control! Stopped by my local McDonald’s today and had one of the most frustrating drive thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. First, I waited almost 4 minutes just to move forward while the vehicle ahead of me received their order. When I finally got to the window, the employee handed me a medium Coke Zero with barely any ice, then told me to pull up to the second window for my two sugar free vanilla iced coffees.
