It's fast food
Fast and friendly. Orders are usually accurate. The only negative is that some prices are a little higher than other McDonalds in the area.
The customer service at this Mc Donald’s location is actually appalling. The audacity to not have any decency to have basic customer service in a customer orientated business literally made my jaw drop. Last night, after a very long day and an even longer week as we are from out of town from a 6 hour drive, we decided to grab some fast food as opposed to us cooking so late as we had eaten way earlier than usual in the day. This McDonald's is always clean. Staff is friendly and the food is consistent. It's on our 6.5 hour route to Long Island. We have been eating here for the last 7yrs on the way to and from LI. It's always for breakfast and usually around 8am. We had to go to a different one 2x as once the power was out and this last trip because my husband missed the exit.
