Constantly unable to get orders right. Either missing, or replaced with something I didn’t order. It’s my fault that I continually go here, expecting anything more.
Ruined my order 4 times now by leaving out multiple items costing 20 -25 and never gave refunds
this is probably the WORST mcdonald’s in brantford. i quite literally stopped using skip because it’s the only thing that delivers mcdonald’s to my house and the only choice is this one… every single time the fries are half empty, missing items, or your order just straight up gets cancelled for no reason. going to the store isn’t any better, when they had the pickle sandwich - stopped for an easy fix for dinner as everyone in the house worked all day no pickles on our pickle chicken sandwich 🙄 the staff fight with you when ... read more
Very disappointed with the McDonald's. Our pops were warm hand no ice. The fries were not full at all and half cooked . McChicken looked brown didn't taste right. Entire meal was garbage. People don't wear gloves. One person took money no gloves didn't wash hands then went messed around with food while touching his nose almost picking it. What is with these places.
