Went thru drive thru ordered 2 sausage biscuits, nothing else. They told me to pull over to the number 3 spot, did that, sat there 30 mins waiting and nothing, while everybody that was behind me got there orders. Finally went in to get the order just to be told they had to cook more sausage. Definitely the worst McDonald's in the county.
Why is it that EVERY time I go to this McDonald’s, whether I order in line or put in a mobile order, they can never manage to put all the food in the bag the first time? I usually check and have to go back inside. But today I glanced in the bag and thought I had everything, but no. Half of my order was missing. I will not be back.
The play play was dirty. There was no one in the main ding room and it took 33 minutes to get our food that we ordered from the kiasok and the order was wrong.
I went to the drive though, ordered a Big breakfast with hotcakes and a steak,egg,cheese bagel. I should have looked in the bag. No hotcakes. Eggs were in a burger box, soaking into the cardboard, biscuit on top of the eggs, soaking up the egg. It must be so difficult to get an order correct. Gave most of it to my dog. Will not be going back for a very long time.
When I pulled up people were still going thru drive thru windows. I Waited in line for 20 minutes with no one saying anything. Other cars left. Tried to go in but doors were locked. Could have at least turned off mobile orders or put a sign up or something.
