Very good service, I notice if your very kind and respectful towards their staff they genuinely care about helping you out. We kindly asked for a few sauces, and they handed them to us without questions or extra charge. Customer service isn’t always about the transaction, it’s about making sure your customers are taken care of, which results in another transaction down the line. Came through the drive through around 3:30am so I wasn’t expecting much. they told me they couldn’t make me an iced coffee and then the quarter pounder with cheese i ordered didn’t come with onion or pickles on it as it’s supposed to - an obscene amount of ketchup however i guess to try and compensate?? do better for our blue collar workers working odd hours who need a quick meal
