HOW CAN A COOK not notice stale bread. big mack bun was stale and the meat was cooked the day before and microwaved!!! you can tell me it was fresh, what!! even the cheese tasted odd..what the........ Horrible horrible experience every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s there is several McDonald’s in Branson go to any McDonald’s, but the one on 248 this is the worst McDonald’s by far. Every single time food is cold. I don’t even feel like we got cooked food, rude staff. Sat in line for 50 minutes with 4 cars ahead of us. When we got to the window it was clear that there was only one employee doing all the work while 3 other people, including the manager stood around talking and not helping at all.
Service is slow and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and only got sausage not cheese or egg.
Since "the wall" was built around customer counter, the staff hides, chatting, and doesn't care to Even look if customers need to place their orders, with no attentive staff to be seen!!!!! No ice cream! Was told machine was broken. Delivery truck was parked at West door,blocked handicap spaces and general parking.
