Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered at a kiosk, but the card terminal did not work. I've been in line for 20 minutes waiting to pay. THEN I get to wait for our food. No napkins. Bathrooms were filthy. Incompetent staff. Manager is serving the angry customers first. This place is a disgrace.
I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes before I got to the pickup window. I wish I could say this was my first such experience at this location.
My burger was not very warm and neither was my husband's sandwich. Fries were hot though.
The Branson McDonalds had a lady in the drive thru line working and her fingernails were all black underneath and a couple of her fingers were bloody. She was putting our drink lids on. Needless to say, we threw our drinks out.
17 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. Multiple orders around us and in drive thru waiting for a crew member to make an appearance at the front counter to get items missed / incorrect on their orders. No sense of urgency and very unorganized.
