Placed my mobile order ,but when I arrive to pick up,they said the mobile service is down and can’t prepare it today.I paid the whole order but I can’t pick up.The employee told me to contact customer service,but they never reply .Horrible service !!!
Once I got to my destination across the street & opened the bag....my food it was terribly cold. I went right back across the street to return it. As much as it was it should not have been cold to begin with
WORST mcdonalds ever best believe it will take 20 mins to get an order comprehended and completed but… the food will come out pretty quick because it will be old gross and burnt
