This is one of the worst McDonalds that I have been to. The service was terrible.
This place is terrible. It is extremely slow and the employees are short with customers and rude. Dear manager- talk to your employees about customer engagement, because you lost this customer and I’m sure others.
Asked if ice cream machine was working, was told yes, placed the order for a milkshake with my meal and paid an upcharge then later was told ice cream machine wasn’t working… no refund… just got a regular drink. This also happened with my frappe and iced coffee. Asked for a caramel iced coffee, paid for it, then got told they were out of caramel. I would have never bought it… Literally a waste of money
