Cada vez que Uber eats me da una overtake de este McDonald's siempre esta cerrado estado abierto y el personal completo esta afuera fumando y el dry thru llenisimo y ellas ni siquiera se mueven a tender a los clientes siguen fumando. Every time Uber Eats assigns me a pickup from this McDonald's, the place is effectively closed—even though it's technically open. The entire staff is outside smoking while the drive-thru is packed, and they don't even move to help the customers; they just keep smoking.
Everytime I ride past McDonald’s my children ask for nuggets! So I arrived at 1:05 PM! Me and my children exit the vehicle only to find the door locked! My 4 year kept yanking the door not understanding because he wanted some nuggets! We get back in the vehicle hit the drive thru in ordered 3 meal deals and 2 happy meals with nuggets! Every single time I try to give this location another try they fail. This place is on my way to work so it’s very convenient when I don’t have my breakfast at home. I do an online order and they accept it (I give it 15mins) and every time I come here the opener just sits on her phone and doesn’t help anyone. Mind you, they open at 0600. She walks around on her phone and will clearly see you sitting there and doesn’t help. THE worst McDonald’s and customer service you could ever imagine.
