I'm not exaggerating when I call this particular restaurant one of the most unorganized I've ever visited. Today I went and myself, along with several others, were waiting for at LEAST 20 minutes to get our food at non-busy hours. A few of the were having conversations with people who I'm assuming just came to visit them, other employees were having conversations with one another using profanity.
