I placed an order for online pickup, get there and the driver thru is long, no problem. I changed to curbside pickup, waited 3 minutes, went inside only to find out the machine was broken. Typical of McDonald’s. I see a lot of Wendy’s and Arby’s closing down, please start closing McDonald’s down next
Ordered through the app. Got to the drive thru and was put on hold for more than 10 mins!!!! Cashier stated she had to do a refund. Not sure what that has to do with taking orders but that’s ridiculous!!
