Your restaurant is known most for its burgers and I arrived at this location only for them to tell me that they had no beef at all. how the heck does that happen!? Utterly disgusted
Just got food from the drive through about 10 minutes ago. Around 1:40ish am. Both the crew member in the window and the manager had a bad attitude. The crew member did not acknowledge us the whole time we was at the window. Handed us the food and one drink which was not correctly made and walked away. We were thinking that she was getting the other drink but she never came back to the window and instead ignored us there until I got her attention and asked for the other drink and mentioned the large frappe being filled barel... read more
They never remember the sauce
Worst customer service I ever had at a McDonald’s, I saw how they didn’t care if any of the people coming into the store specially a senior with a wheelchair who just needed someone to take his order on the counter, they did wrong somebody else’s order and it wasn’t even busy is like if you go in the store they ignore you the best as possible
They need help 24/7 and will only help New York, New Jersey and Texas.
